    Supercharger problems

So today went out ski ski seemed like there was no boost for first few mins . Then all she came to life boost was there but not for long I could here lots of grinding so cut engine off I was thinking my supercharger wheel was catching . Got home took it apart and my wheel is well damaged but there was also what seem like oil in the charger air pipe would a bent shaft let oil into the air side of the charger ?! I took the pipe off from the riva cooler to the inlet manifold there is little oil i there to but don't look like it's got past that bit

Have heard of issues with the later SVHO chargers that don’t have the grub screw.......

the wheels walk walk and hit the housing not sure what causes but I know it’s suggest to add the screw to newer chargers I think they call it pinning them...

do you still have the ribbon in the intake?

Not sure if that year had a 1 piece charger shaft, but if it’s a 2 piece your shaft might have spun on the gear moving forward and contacting the volute

Thinking about it afterwards it had no boost for a bit then all of a sudden boost kicked in I'm thinking was the wheel spinning on the shaft the then once the boost did kick in was there to much power on th eshaft at once causing nut to crack off .

Is it normal to have oil in the air inlet side if the shaft is bent ??

I would think that it sucked in oil when the shaft started moving forward
