Sounds like your CDI power (red/pur) is coming from the bilge pump circuit (orange) Polaris did that when the CDI had trouble shutting down.
Does you LR supply 12v on the orange with everything hooked up as normal ?

Where the red/pur CDI wire attaches should be the ONLY difference in the factory wiring manual.
There was a TSB to change that.

Put it back and test for power on the orange or replace the LR.

Ok got back in town this morning and tried to start it after filling up the gas tank but nothing not even if I bypassed the LR? I want to order a new one but a little bit hasitant to order from eBay bcuz the one that's installed is from them outside now the original..where would I find the best or the original part?

Bypass the LR-505 module and leave it bypassed until you get the engine to start and run reliably.

Per the LR-505 bypass instructions (posted elsewhere) you can configure the wiring in the electrical box so the Start button works to start the engine and the lanyard works to stop the engine.

While bypassed you won’t have battery charging from the engine, so just keep the battery well charged.

"Nothing" . Nothing of what ? Where ?
Moving the RED/pur CDI wire back to red/pur terminal will act like holding the bilge button.

To be clear, until diagnostics is complete all the red/purple wires should be joined together.

When diagnosing electrical/ignition issues there is no need for CDI to be connected to Orange, especially when LR module is bypassed.
