    `96 XP VTS issue

Not many hours on this ski at all. Just sat on the side for last 15-17 years. I`m bringing it back in. Power at motor and after removing cover it still looks brand new,,,,,,,,literally. Switch works perfect with continuity test operation. 7.5 fuse not blown. Can power nozzle up and down on 12v. I`m thinking the module. Weird thing is I constantly have power to motor on both legs with test light off negative terminal. Looked at thetrimfix and am just asking am I overlooking anything. Thanks

Yes the reed switches in the module will stick when left in the up or down position for a long period of time. Replace or go with the trimfix. You can make one yourself for about $15.

Will trimfix allow gauge to still work?

Also, trying to get oil pump to prime. Reckon carbs need to be gone through as well. I got fuel to diaphram and thats it.

Oil pump is a pos. Drill in reverse wide open and i barely get oil through lines. It goes though but not filling hoses. Pulled oil with sucker through filter to verify no condensation clog.

I would go premix, and the trim will work with gauge as long as the motor is good.

Ill order the trim deal. I can say, I forgot how easy it is to move light skis around. Seat is smoked. Gotta dude gonna see what he does with new seat cover. I`m at a G end all. But man, pulse, hearing this thing zing, brings back bike , ski just 2 stroke memories. I learned alot. Cut my teeth so to speak . Too bad its all for nothing now. LOL, thanks for your help brotha man
