    14' GTR 215 Problem.... HELP!!

Alright guys i need your help. Im out of ideas on what it could be.

So i just replaced my wear ring and prop to a 14/19 solas prop. i havent install the tune to the ski yet. i decided to take the ski out today and its kinda seemed like it was cavitating. The ski only made 41mph @ 8050 rpm. when i turned around to head back to the ramp, i couldnt even get the ski on plane.

so one problem i did find it that i guess i forgot to tighten the bolts to the reducer cone thingy. i lost 3 of them. i bought some more and installed them and took it back to the lake. the ski still wont move. it will putt at 3mph at idle but if you give it gas it wont move. it revs up, but wont take off.

the prop is spinning.... idk what else could be the problem or where to look next.

anyone have this problem after doing a prop or know what it may be?

Did you put the pump seal back on the front of the pump? Are you sure it's seated correctly?

Have you looked into the intake grate to make sure you don’t have something funny going on in front of the impeller?

Ok so there is nothing stuck in the prop. Everything on the front side looked right.

I used a can to support the shaft. I did take it out.

Went ahead and pulled it apart. I haven't really found anything wrong

Any chance you may have put the wrong size wear ring in? 161mm instead of a 159mm? Just a thought.

Looks like you were right. Appears the seal was pitched just a little. Put a little silicon with the seal to help seal everything up and it runs like a champ.

    Appreciate everyone's help.
