Anyone have a 2016 sea doo 4tec? Spark plug question
If anyone has a 2016 Sea Doo 4tec that has the newer style ignition coils that are held in place with the screw can you verify if your spark plugs have the screw on tips removed like the older style ignition coils required? I have been told multiple answers. If you look up into the newer style ignition coils there is a spiral type wire that will not fit around the spark plug tips with the screw on tips installed so if the tips are supposed to stay on then that means the only contact to the spark plug would be the very top of the spark plug. Thanks so much for the help.

My 17 uses the KRC9-G plug. The tips do not come off.
