    2000 Polaris nozzle assembly

I'm in need of one nozzle assembly for a 2000 Polaris The Pro 1200 and one nozzle assembly for a 2000 virage TX 1200. Kid tipped the trailer back and both jetskis smacked the asphalt hard breaking both nozzles.

    Where are you located?

I have a few nozzles available.

Which nozzle assembly parts actually broke? The movable nozzle or the fixed portion?

Go ahead and buy the nozzles from Lugs.

Note: You might want to buy a spare set of the long pump bolts. I see signs of corrosion. Before you try torquing those long stainless steel bolts out of the aluminum pump base, apply lots of penetrant (PB Blaster, Kroil, something heavy duty) and let it soak. Reapply a few times over several days.

It is easy to break the long bolts off right where they thread into the pump base, and then you will have another problem. Go easy when breaking them free. Work each bolt back and forth a fraction of a turn, then apply more penetrant, let it soak in.

Tip: The bolt for the steering cable is upside down. The bolt head should be on top, not underneath. Check whether there is supposed to be a washer under the bolt head, holding down the steering cable end fitting.
