Why do you need the bilge pump switch up on the handlebar?
How often during a ride do you expect to activate the bilge pump?
Three way switch, so you are using a bilge pump with automatic water sensing, correct? While riding you would just have the pump set to automatic mode, I expect.
You would only need to access the switch if you decided to force the bilge pump on manually, correct?

Correct. I guess it doesnt HAVE to be on the handlebars. I was just going to install another switch there to turn on my afr/boost gauges so i was going to add another for the pump. Not super important but i would like the bilge pump on a 3 way switch. Not liking the idea of switches inside the front compartment because i store my phone wallet and keys there,it could be activated easily accidentally

Also, as for hooking up an lc-2, should I install a switch to reset the power to the lc2 when the gauge glitches out? Or, do i just need a switch for the gauge to reset the gauge only?

I have a switch mounted to my handlebars are it works great. It is just the 2 way switch that comes in the Riva kit. If you are using a bulge pump with 3 wires (ground, auto and on) then just use the switch to trigger the “on” wire and leave the auto connected to the skis power system for auto use.
