Would this apply to the 2017 VXR?

Yes, it would have the same hull.

I thought so, but I still wanted to make sure. Thank you for the quick response.

I have hit 68.6 with Rivas stage 1 kit for my vxs/vxr with full tank of gas. GPS confirmed

that's where I should be. I think I'm putting the ride plate and intake grate together poorly. I just don't want to over do it with the silicone.

I don’t have an aftermarket intake grate so I wouldn’t know much but are you using that seal kit for it?

Yes, the R&D kit. Just not sure if I put it together correctly.

I see you cut off all the rubber ‘fingers’ on the factory seal strip

I modified the R&D seal kit to allow the stock factory flat seal rubber fingers to fit into the grate.

I also kept the outermost two stock rubber fingers, rather than use the inserts that came with the kit.

Interesting. This is all trial an error. Right now, I'm in the error side of things. I read your thread regarding the reseal. What did you end up closing/filling up with the 3m 4200 ?
