    Mudbug 2019 must be postponed

Guys, this is not a post I wanted to make

Sadly, the high water is the worst I've seen it and it will not be down in time for this years scheduled event. Lets come up with an alternative date to get together and make this happen and have some fun.

Here are some pics I took this morning. Water is over the highway in one area. Doiorons boat launches are barricaded off, both on the Stephensville side and the Spillway side. They will not allow any boat traffic whatsoever as homes are flooded.

Once the water subsides I will let you guys know and we can pick a date.

Hope all is well for everyone!
    Jerry

This is the web site I look at to check the level of the Belle River. The gauge is located at the bridge by the Spunky Monkey.
At its current level 3.3ish, that is very high for the Belle.

Thanks Jerry, sucks to hear. But like Troy was saying can’t fight or change it. Really sorry to hear about the locals flooding. Been there done that. Sucks for sure, hope everyone's home stays high and dry.
