My 2: Most of the month of June will see Belle, all lakes, Amelia, S'ville... you name it, all under a NWZ. I may be wrong but I think we have been under a NWZ since late Feb. It wasn't this bad during the Great Flood of 2011 which set a number of records and was the last time the Morganza Spillway was opened.

They just moved the date to june 6th to open up the morganza. I'm drilling a well down in Bayou Goreau and the docks in Berwick and Amelia are already flooded. Approximately 3' of water at the Berry brothers dock this morning. Also, Bayou Shane is currently blocked/closed with a barge to stop water flow. You guys could still ride south of morgan city down the Atchafalaya and out to the gulf. There is also Bayou Dularge and cocodrie.....although there are lots of camps down in bayou dularge; there is still miles and miles of canals, bayous and bays that's open to skis!!! So if you guys want to ride, trust me when I say there is still lots of places to ride south of morgan city......just be sure to strap on a few extra fuel cans to the backs of you skis!

Water is going down, but we still have no wake zones everywhere.
