    Pro 1200, I actually didnt know that this was an option,...is this a NEW engine or a re-manufactured ? ..... for $1422 + $150 shipping that not a bad option,... is it warranteed ?

    I use a socket on my cordless drill to spin the oil pump drive ccw to test. I just fill a short piece of clear hose with oil, attach to the pump inlet, hold pump arm at wide open position, and spin it. Should get a fast dripdripdripdrip out of the tubes.

    I used a SBT engine with the 1 year warranty on my GTX and rode it two years so far without any issues. other than changing spark plugs. mine was not RFI so i did remove my oil pump and i premix AMSOIL in it. them engines sure are pretty aren't they.

    They sure are pretty when theyre new,..Im a boater from way back so Ive learned the importance of keeping everything clean and dry..so that any problems can be detected right away. I just started reassembly.

    it sure does look good. don't forget the rubber bumps on the driveshaft.

    almost makes me want to look for another blown up one to restore. I have done 5 over the years but now that i have new GTI's with 4 strokes and fuel injection the want to wrench on these old ones isn't as strong as before. LOL

    Wow! ,.. you must have read my mind,... I was just looking for those bump stops,... I guess Im going to have to order a couple more.
