Be careful about drilling through the frame. Triton runs the wiring for the lights through the frame rails.

Center tongue and inside each side frame tube past the frame Y to the fender lights (if your trailer model has lights on the fenders).

    U-bolts and frame straps.

Why drill holes in your $2K trailer if you don't have to?

What Triton wants for their storage box is absolutely ridiculous but here is a link to how they say to install theirs.

They want you to install a box with self-tapping screws into aluminum?

Nope, I'm with grumpy_steven on this one. Stainless steel square U-bolts and straps.

Yeah, the Triton way of doing it crossed my mind for about 2 seconds...... ended up using 3 inch square u bolt on front tongue area and 4 inch ones on back sides. Used the 4 inchers just so they could be straight in the box with the angle of the tube frame.
