I spent way more time than I should have looking for this vest for you. I have come to the conclusion that it must be an older, discontinued model.

I have one very similar, bought it from Fly Racing. You’ll find it in the body armor section under products for moto. It’s called a Barricade Pullover Vest. Instead of a chest protector, I wear it under my jersey, and it’s awesome. Check it out!
