An oil drain hole must be built up for the supercharger then machined like this.

In order to run the 300 supercharger you have to install a 300 flywheel because the 300 charger has more teeth and get the pto machined like the picture above for the oil drainback hole in the newer style chargers. The oil squirter on my 2014 didnt have to be changed but other older models will...which years i’m unsure.

I just did this conversion over the winter and did all the work myself. It wasnt that bad if you can weld alluminum and have access to a mill. I found that an easy way to determin where you need to put the oil drain hole is to find either a drill bit or center punch that will fit inside the oil drain hole in the charger, then cut it down and grind a point onto the end of the shaft (put the shaft in drill to grind the point) so that when inserted in the charger it sticks out about 1/4 inch or so from the oil drain hole. Then all you have to do is bolt up the charger to the removed PTO housing and it will leave an indentation in the housing. Then all you need to do is build up roughly a 1" diameter circle around that point. Once that is complete you will mill the puddle flat so there is a roughly 0.005" gap between the back face of the drain hole on the charger and your newly machined surface. You dont want the two surfaces pressing against each other as it could cause things to miss align. Lastly one you have the surface at the right height, use the center punch again to mark the center and then drill the drain hole in the PTO.

^ Or just put some play-dough in the general area on the unmodified pto, bolt on and remove the charger and you'll have an impression of the exact location and correct vertical spacing.

Or you find a cover from a newer ski and drill it....
