Its finally almost back together but of course on a 10 year old ski things are old and mess up. I had to replace the right side ibr seals due to the nut spinning in the plastic when I first got my ski . So well the time apparently has come to have to replace to the other side due to the same issues. He will be back together soon....

me and bob finally got my ski up and running. Not before changing out an ibr bracket and then just buttoning you the rest of the ski! It was so awesome to get out and ride and jam a little bit even though it was cold as balls!! . Everything is awesome I’m hitting 70 at 8360 I need to repitch and get closer to 8700-8800. I still need to get a fuel pressure regulator and recalibrate my 02 as it seems to be reading off. Jeasus says he has a tune that get my spinning at 8800 with 65psi of fuel pressure

Your write up brings up the memory of all the defects I had as well with this model, but once cleared up it’s a great ski.

What about the pump conversion? Only thing ‘missing’ now.

Found this guy when cleaning up lately.

I looked in to a pump conversion but I would have to fill in holes in the hull and while at this point after making speaker pods and already having resin and black gelcoat I’m not too keen on doing that .. if somone has done a write up on how they did it I would be curious.

what holes? if you're referring to the OEM inlet area for siphon and feed, loop the siphon tube over to each nipple and make the feed a dump for the intercooler etc..

    It’s pretty straight forward.
Removing rideplate and old shoe plus all the cleaning is the most time consuming.

It’s a good winter project if you’re bored.

well I know the ibr brackets and stuff are different and wouldn't I have to drill holes in the hull? You would think there would be a writeup on here of someone doing it ...
