Slow Mode (Trolling)
I fish from my ski and was somewhat disappointed that slow mode was much too fast for trolling in freshwater conditions. Realized this weekend that in order to troll at slower speeds all you need to do is put it in neutral and adjust the Neutral Adjustment to whatever forward speed you need. Hoping this doesn’t put any stress on the Neutral feature but it works great for trolling at speeds less than 2 mph.

What Seadoo model are you using for fishing?
How long are you running the engine in idle while fishing/trolling?

Wake pro 230; I’ve tried this method once so far , for maybe 45-60 min. Any concerns with idling that long or any longer?

Bump...just wondering if y’all think I could do any damage to my machine by running it in neutral for an extended period of time. Thx.
