951 Temp
On my 03 GTX 951DI the exhaust temp on my readout ranges from 99 to 108 degrees. I am not sure were that is read at or if that is what you were looking for.

The display center on the DI boats show 'temp' and I am guessing that is what genestoy is referencing. The DIs have two temp sensors, one in the head and one on the waterbox outlet. I am not sure which one is used for the displayed temp reading though.
