Pics of pwc carts....
I am going to make a wooden cart for one of my pwc's and I would like to see some pics of how others have made them.
Thanks,
Rodney

Here are the dimensions:
18 inches between the rails
32 inches wide at the base 2x4
42 inches long
The height will depend on the height of your bunks/rails of your trailer as you will want them to line up so you can slide your watercraft from one to another. I would buy the casters/wheels first so you can take them into account when figuring the height you want. Also, I do not recommend putting it together using nails...go get some good wood lager screws for this.

I bought a big wheel garden cart from northern tool and added some PVC.

Beer, it looks like you need to check the camber on that cart. It looks a little off. LOL

Additonal Carts
Just thoughts,
First is a $23 Cart I made from a few 2X4's and some 4" PVC
Second one is the one I made today.
$98.00 at Lowes for everything. However, Now that i have it, I would make a few changes.
This is 2" PVC, but next one will be 3" (feels a little wobbley) and the wheels will be larger with a better attachment mechanism. These are 200# casters with threaded tops.

Maybe go a little wider as well? I think you'll find it to be more stable and the boat won't slide to one side when you lay over it to do some wrenching.
It sure looks nice!
