Thoughts on a Pro 785
hey guys, im lookin to stay in the polaris game with the money i got for parts. and im lookin at a 97 pro785 or a 2000 pro785 each for good prices. if anyone has ridden them or has them, how do you like them? would you recommend the ski? any thoughts are appreciated.

is it true you shouldnt have a passenger in the event they can easily fly off the back??

you WILL fly off the back if u dont have both hands on the handlebars when u just TOUCH the throttle..

has anyone gone up against an rxp on the acceleration? i realize it would be killed on top by the doo but what about holeshot to say 60

alright so the point here is, i want to be able to give my dads gp1300r a run for its money. its stock and the pro785 will be either stock or barely modded depending on if i get the 97 or 00 respectively. he doesnt think i should get another po po and thinks its a waste of money...i would like to prove that theory wrong.

you WILL take the 1300r off the line....... i would love to try it against an RXP from 0-40-50-60...im curious..i know it will be close either way
