Here is some additional information and photos I found on another site:

    https://watercraftjournal.com/galler...-tank-upgrade/

Also please be aware that the storage bin and fuel tank are huge items to ship. If you try to order these from an online parts site you will probably get hit with over $200 in aditional shipping costs after you place the order. However, these items may be ordered from your Sea-Doo dealer without freight charges if your dealer has a free freight arangement with BRP. My dealer did and I was able to order the parts from him after failing to order from several online parts dealers due to the high shipping charges.

Just to add a few finds from todays install...

You will only need the following parts to do the conversion:

    Fuel tank 275500997
    Formed Hose - 27550999
Bin compartment for 2018 skis only - 264000144

I used the rubber straps that where there and they fit well. Also on the 2019 models the front foam is cut and all you need to do is cut the foam under the tank. attached few pics.
I have also adjusted the fuel float to stop the buzzer coming on too soon. I am hoping it will come on at 2.5 Gallons left now in place of 5 Gallons (this is a guess and will find out in time)

Well now the alarm comes on at around 2.2Gallons left in tank instead of 5 gallons. It used to annoy me and you cant shut it.
Works better for me, but when the alarm comes on,,, I will need fuel in the next few miles

OK guys... I just purchased a 2019 RXT-X 300. I'm wanting to upgrade to the bigger fuel tank. Can I please get a parts list of everything that it takes to complete this project from start to finish please.

Great write up and information! This will be on my short list of must do. Last times out I made it 45 miles and 50 miles as soon as the 5 gal remaining buzzer went off. Equaling about 4.5 miles per gallon.

    Fuel tank 275500997
    Formed Hose - 27550999
Bin compartment for 2018 skis only - 264000144
    Gasket - 293250478
    x6 Straps 293850087

$360 on partzilla right now not bad. only 2 gallons more but still if it makes a big difference in range without aux tanks all the better

especially if you can ebay off your old parts for ok money, $50 for the bin maybe $150 for the tank?

Watch the shipping. I tried to order these parts online twice, including from Greenhulk, and was hit with insane shipping charges as high as $250. Had to cancel both orders. May be best to order these parts from your Sea-Doo dealer who may not charge shipping.

OK for some reason whenever I go to the actual https://www.seadoopartshouse.com/oem...39/fuel-system. Some of these part numbers don't add up. The strap part number is a 293850112?
