Seadoo Rough Idle!!!

I just recently bought a 01 Seadoo Gsx had the fuel pump replaced 2 injectors and starter I siphoned out old gas and put new gas in haven’t changed oil or spark plugs but out of water it runs great I put my seadoo in water and it idles very rough like it wants to die sometimes does die in idle but you give it gas and it runs fine I drove it around for an hour very fast and strong and very quick to break plain

Sounds like it needs hooked up to software and scanned. Probably needs the TPS and idle reset which can only be done through the computer.

I called several different mechanics and each answer was different but the mechanic who did all the work said it might be an electronic issue thank you for your reply!!!
