2003 Sea Doo Jet Ski - securing gas tank

Restoring a 2003 SD and noticed that the black rubber cables around the gas tank are not secure. Appears the rivets on the end popped out....from where I have no idea as its not visible to me. Any thoughts on how to secure the black rubber cables and the gas tank?

Had a 05 RXT that popped the tank bracket rivets from wave jumping. Bought 4 SS eyes with wood screw threads, installed them close to the original brackets by screwing them in coated with 3M 5200. Then got black trucker tarp rubber straps and secured the tank. And off I went. The secret is 3M 5200.
