Fuel Filter 785
I am still in the process of putting the motor and everything back into the boat and I came across the fuel filter(white pill bottle thing). I removed it from the line but I cant figure out how to open it( i read a post about cleaning them out???).
Also I have fuel and i believe winterizer in the gas tank which is about .25-.5 full. Any suggestions on how to remove it without taking the whole tank out?

Thanks for the help. I was thinking of the water/fuel seperator!!!
Can I get a fuel filter somewhere local or is it another thing I have to order.
To empty it completely though???????? maybe the good ol' wet vac!!
When I clean the water/fuel seperator, should I clean everything out with water? air compressor?
Just found my stock sponsons and I need a few of the rubber washers on the hull side. Anyone know if these can be found local. if not I'm adding to my order.
