*~*~* Two is company: 2018 FX Cruiser & GP1800 *~*~*
When you love both skis so much and you have to have both.
I built both essentially as what most folks consider stage 2. The GP has a few more mods and tweak.
FX ran a best of 84.9 mph at 8740 RPM on the limiter at 3/4 throttle 3/4 tank gas. Still need to tweak on it so it is not on the 8850 limiter.. Air about 80, water about 70 degrees.
GP1800 ran a best of 89.6 mph at 8980 rpm full tank gas. Still need to tweak on it and finish dialing it in. Air about 78, water about 70 degrees. Goal is to be like the 2017 GP I had, 90 in the 1/8th. If time allows and I get it dialed in, I may race it at Hydrodrags this year.
Both have:
Dean's Team Tune
Riva air intake
Fizzle IC
Ribbon delete
Riva rear exhaust
Riva sponsons
Dean's Team plates
Riva grates
Solas impellers
Idiartec billet steering
JetTrim seat covers
Hydroturf mats
Overall both have been a fun build and thought I would share since I have been so quiet lately. .Last edited by Gus13letter; 03-14-2019 at 06:20 AM.

That’s awesome Gus, great results. Looks like a double handful of fun. I can’t wait to drag mine out of storage.

Your GP sounds like a monster! Definitely taking your advice on my next few mods. Just got back to Illinois a bit ago. I'll be pulling my prop and ride plate off this weekend. Thanks again for letting me tag along with you guys

Thank you. Very nice. I have that in my GP. In past experience NA cams only help with acceleration and saw no top speed gains. This is the first I've tried the VXR TB. From what I can tell so far they work well together and Dean's tune with NA cams works great, nice idle with or without tb he VXX TB.
