    Very nice numbers Dave and to be quit honest surprised that platform with the stock wheel can pull those numbers. I used Dean and Jim to get similar results but with an f1 wheel turning 9160 rpm early summer time with 1/2 tank of gas. Dean knows tunes and Jim knows combinations that work and are pump gas reliable. Congrats.

    Thanks Henry I appreciate it...Your FX, Leo and Gus and Jim’s FX were my inspiration when I first thought about modding my FX. With Dean on the tune and Jim building the ski it worked out great.

    Either Dean is getting better, Jim is cutting deeper or there is less gravity in Florida.

    Lol I think Dean and Jim have gotten better...I don’t think I have a calculator powerful enough to calculate the amount of SVHO skis they’ve both touched or been a part of..

    When you were building your FZ, do you think your gains were more a result of boost increase, tune tweaks or impeller tweaks? You and I are basically running the same speed, but with me having the 17 lb wheel. So I'm wondering whether boost enhances acceleration more, while the tune (based on timing and air/fuel), along with impeller pitching determines top speed?
