2001 STS 900 carburetor Rebuild Kit

Looking for rebuild kit for the 900 and only find ones for around $70 each. That cant be true. Anyone have a part number or location of less expensive kits? Thanks.

That's prob. pretty close for a true Keihin kit for the cv carbs.
I've had fairly decent luck with kits from these guys, but I don't use springs or needles.

Pay to play. Buy cheap kits, buy twice. BTW there are no OEM rebuild kits for CV carbs. If you wanna go OEM on those, you buy individual parts off the fiche. Float chamber diaphragm is around 65 bucks. Needle and seat is 40. The slide diaphragm is over a hundred last time i checked. So a 70 dollar kit of OEM parts for a CDKII is a bargain. If your carbs are really trashed you may want to swap to CDKII carbs and buy the $70 each kits. The good news is if you build them right and take care of them, you will most likely never do it again.

Be advised that the accelerator pump diaphragms are no longer available for those carbs.

Well, the GreenHulk store shows them to be available, but a couple other vendors say no longer available.

At least check availability before you buy them.

I was responding to your last post. Not sure what Ultra 150s have to do with your STS 900, but anyway...

Those CDK II carbs will fit, but they have an accelerator pump. The rubber diaphragm, part number 43028-3714, is no longer available as far as I know. Se if you can find it before you buy the carbs. The CV carbs don't allow as much adjustment, but I've been pleased with their performance on stock 'Skis.
