    Post 2007 yamaha fx ho hose routing question

    i have a question concerning the hose routing ..i have alot of yamaha pdf files that i bought while ago thing is that none of the diagrams show the correct routing ..ill post pics so you guys know what im talking about..the part im talking about is the one on the 3 and 4th picture i cant find any manual that shows me the correct routing . 2nd question ..the little black oil breather or reservour where does it goes connected to ? does it go to the hoses that are coming off the bottom of the airbox where does the other hose go ?? and the stator has a little nipple just sticking out as showned on first picture what goes there ?? what about that valve on the last picture where does it goes connected to is liek a check valve i think i seen a diagram and it shows that it goes connected to the hose that goes into the block the bottom one on the exhast manifold side ..please get back to me asap

    High. I have the same ski right outside in the garage, but finding it a wee bit hard to know exactly what you are after. The last picture looks like the elbow that sits above the battery and is a cooling hose Im sure. If you can give me an idiots guide of exactly what you need or want me to take pictures of...more than happy to help.

    were you looking for where to place the oil separator box (the black plastic thing?). I have a full service manual for your ski with a few pages that show all the correct hose routing if you need it.

    The black plastic elbow is the syphon tube anti-backflow it needs to be mounted above the water line and inline for the syphon tube to the pickup under the motor.
