Yamaha Pull-Up Cleats
The 2019 FX Cruiser (Qty:2)/Limited (Qty:4) has what Yamaha calls pull-up cleats (other boat vendors call them fold-down cleats). Anybody install these cleats or after market cleats?

I have not installed, but did see them for sale in a OEM parts diagram. They are thru bolted, I'm sure. Can you reach that area with the seat off?

I installed Kawasaki ‘Cargo hooks’ on my GP1800. We use them with dock lines. Each dock line has a marine grade snap hook (not carabiner).

squaderer - is OEM parts diagram online or is it in the service manual. How do I get access? Purchasing that manual is next on my list (probably from the dealer).
K447- I'm looking on line for those Cargo hooks now. seems like a great idea. Those seadoo fenders in that other thread never worked for me ... they only worked in one spot along the gunnel and if the water came up they would pop off, however that was a long time ago maybe they changed

Boys, buy new quality bits, shutoff your phone off and try it on a piece of 1/2" plywood first and take your time! Thats what I'm doing. The problem is your going to have to take pictures of a Cruiser and/or Limited to find the exact location and arm reach. I'm surprised no marine sealant. (Noticed the vacuum/rag)
