It needs to be pressure tested. BRP wonít do anything with it unless it fails a pressure test. I have seen the ICís on the 300 condensate A LOT on humid days, enough to make you swear up and down it was bad, but hold 40psi all night.

Doubtful the intercooler is bad. 300 intercoolers are large and when driving for extended periods cruising out of boost they can get filled with condensate from humidity in the air intake to engine. Kinda like an air conditioner coil in the summer. I have this issue in the northeast where water temps are genersally much cooler than the ambient air temp.

If they condensate that much with 5 hours on them they should have a drain port.

If they put on a drain port then you would have a boost leak. I go for long trips at lower cruise speeds to conserve gas regularly and almost always have condensate builup in intercooler. It can happen in one hour if you never go into boost.
