Cracked head could also make oil over full with water.
Good luck post results when you figure it out. what was the new top speed?

Gas mixes with oil pretty good. looks like oil but smells like gas and makes viscosity more like strait liquid.
water and oil make milk shakes.

Surprisingly, a little milky under the valve cover or on the oil cap is not unheard-of with the skis. Slight smell of fuel can exist as well, same with cars and trucks. GIO or WIO should be pretty pronounced though. Hoping Rook87 can check and share some pics. Sounds like blow-by getting in the hull through breather. Wondering what color that smoke was too?? A little smoke or big clouds?

This is is more on point of what I'm getting. Runny gas smell oil. My buddy had a cracked head situation and thatt was milky.
Stock map sensor untouched. White smoke I'd say, good amount too. I've ran it a few more times on the trailer today and its still blowing smoke out of the breather. Ordered new oil so that'll be first step.
83 mph phone gps on the first run, 85 on the run that did this mess lol.

Tapped MAP on mine, I know...gave in to my buddy who strongly suggested it, learned the hard way. I had GIO and that MAP seemed to be the issue. Had similar circumstances yours though. Lost power while cutting through some chop, lots of white smoke. Immediately turn key off and had my buddy tow me in. Could see where oil was coming out of my BOV. Breather line was going into Riva Air Filter at this point in my build. Another lesson learned. Intercooler had to be removed and cleaned as well. When I ran the ski on the hose, I could see a sheen of oil on the water on my driveway. As Mittens said, the oil was liquidy, almost transparent on the stick. My oil cap was a little milky which worried me. After valve cover came off, it was clear there was a strong smell of fuel. 4 oil changes, repairing the T in the MAP and moving it to the intake (where it belonged) have never had the issue again. You mentioned high oil level, could be the fuel is adding to the level. Wonder what caused yours?? Hope just OIG is the case for you.
On a side note, congrats on 85!Last edited by ShawnInFL; 03-08-2021 at 09:46 PM.
