RXP 215 loss in power and rpm after X-charger swap?

I just swapped out my stock s/c to a brand new x charger and 42lb injectors and prior to the swap I would be running about 70-71 mph at around 7800 rpm with a 14/19 impeller and Fizzle i/c along with a 4" intake. After the swap I was barely able to get 66 mph out of it and it wasn't nearly as punchy out of the hole as it should be. I think I should be seeing over 74 or a little better?

I am thinking I could have a boost leak or could something else be going on that I should look into as well?

What rpm you at with the x

oops forgot to add that I think it was right around 6800.
Its not the prop or ring. I checked that and that would cause the RPMs to go higher.

6800 would indicate a big boost leak or supercharger problem (or other problem) barely making any boost at all

Running AFR and boost gauges? or logger?

    What year RXP?

Sure the exhaust V-Band clamp is on correctly?

No you wont see 74 or better without a tune, your speed will be around 70-72. But acceleration should be much better.

Check the slip on the charger, did you souce it from a reputable site?

It's an 07. I should see a bit of a speed increase as well I wasn't on the limiter with the stock sc and I did buy everything from the green hulk store. Shouldn't the slip be good if it's a brand new rotax s/c out of the box. I am leaning towards a boost leak.

Not yet I will be going with a dash pac soon. In the meantime I will hook up a standard boost gauge.

You would think the slip would come set up, considering how much your spending on it. But who knows, id check it anyways.

6800 sounds like a split manifold.
