Agree, if all pistons were wet, the water was likely coming into the motor from the intake. A cracked head or blown head gasket would have it only in 1 or 2 cylinders. Time for a new intercooler.

Do you run the ski in fresh water or ocean?
How many hours does the ski have?

It should be under warranty if you decide to go that way but I am really interested on the hours you have?

    Take care

Do you run the ski in shallow places? I havent seen many Yami coolers go tbh and with original flush routing the intercoolers get a good rinse on these skis.

I think that's the route I would go too and if you did change your mine about putting a aftermarket intercooler on you would have a working OEM cooler to sell or trade.

RXP-X 2011 do you flush the system out after riding in the ocean? If not, that could have contributed to the early failure?

    Take care
