So this happened today, What broke?

Hi guys, so I went out riding today at the river and everything was awesome for about 30-45mins. Ski was running strong as usual, then RPMs starting dropping slowly, when they were at around 6k oil light comes on, and ski turns off.

I see white smoke coming out of everywhere, so I removed the seat and can't even see the engine with all the white smoke. After the smoke aired out, there is oil everywhere inside the ski. I get towed to the closest ramp, popped the seat open, and water and oil inside to just below the oil filter. Pulled the dipstick water and oil also.

What are your thoughts and what broke?

Thankfully, it is still under warranty so Monday it will be going to Riva, but wanted to have an idea of what it could be for when I drop it off, hopefully Yami doesn't try to be funny.
Ski is a 2014 FRZ with 150 hours

    Thanks,

Engine damage can occur depends how quickly you shut it down after it lost oil pressure......

It shut down by itself as soon as the oil light came up, and didn’t turn back on.

I’m glad it has warranty if the engine needs to be change, just hope yami doesn’t try to be funny about it.

There is a Yamaha recall on it. They will replace it for free.
