Exhaust swap?
Looking to swap from the riva free flow to the riva thru hull on my gp1800. Has anyone done this with the riva rear exit tip kit and modified pipe. Or have just bought the whole riva thru hull exhaust kit?

Exhaust swap
I'm at this point myself, I have installed the rear exit tip but haven't bolted it down yet, the six screws that came with the tip are much to short. Besides that there is a pretty good misalignment of the free flow tube to the rear exit. I emailed Jerry to see how much just the rear exit tube alone will be. In the mean time I'm going to be looking at using a couple of silicone flex couplers, bent elbows, or some combination, and a stainless or aluminum tube. I'll let you know how it goes.

Awesome, appreciate the reply. I haven't taken a look at it lately, but i was thinking the same thing with silicone couplers and another chunk of pipe. Hopefully you find something reliable to use. Got a few other things on the list before that, figured someone had switched from the free flow to the thru hull. Damn thing is annoying, thats what I get for being too scared to cut into the hull on a brand new jet ski.

Well before I move forward with trying to engineer my own method of cutting and piping the rear outlet to the free flow pipe I thought that I'd get the price of just the rear exit pipe on its own. I've used the Greenhulk contact us form twice over the last several days asking for this info but so far I've had no response. It's a bit disappointing as I've always had good response from Jerry in the past. Suggestions anyone?

Just buy the whole rear exhaust kit and sell your free flow kit.

I was thinking about just doing that. So I don't have to go through the hassle. I would almost feel bad selling the free flow to someone for how much I don't like it.
