    VX 1100 Hunting

We're having an issue with a 2013 VX 1100, ski runs fine, no issues taking off or running, but when you come back to idle it wants to hunt up and down from idle to about 3,500 rpm, sometimes you will come back to a stand still and it will sit fine for around 10 seconds then just randomly start hunting but will take off fine once you give it throttle. MAPS comes to mind but wanted to see if someone had any input??

    Cheers

Also check your cables for proper operation and make sure there is slack on the throttle stop.

I bet you a beer you have a bad steering sensor and the ECU is thinking you’re trying to turn underway therefore it will automatically throttle up some, Julio...
