    Just another gprsho build

Well. Sold my 2 gp800r’s with 63m engines. Decided to join the dark side with a 4stroke. So here we go. Decided to do a full restoration of the gp1300r I picked up. Been sitting for several years.

Main purpose of this project was to have a reliable Rec ski that can hang with the newer ones. Engine is 2008 fx sho bone stock with @80hrs. Purchased from a good friend. Upgraded clutch is really the only upgrade engine has. I’ll do more mods for performance after I have the hull dialed in. Well here’s some pics of the ski the day I picked it up.

While that engine is out, do the ribbon delete, upgrade the throttle body mount and tap the intake manifold.

Got some goodies for the hull in.

Island racing pump shoe ,ride plate and intake grate brackets. Also the pump reinforcement from the greenhulk store. Very impressed with the quality. Thanks!

It will shame 95% of skis on the water with that engine in the GPR hull and you won’t have any “ Nanoxcell” problems . My triple piper leaves GP1800 in its wake , leaving their owners thinking “ I thought I was the big boy on the lake “ !
