tried to find that out, but all Oem piston part numbers are the same from 15-19. You would think that in 16’ when Kawasaki became aware of the issue, all pistons ordered would revert back to the updated pistons, but who knows?
I called the shop that rebuilt mine and they said the updated pistons were used, then sent me a copy of all the parts. Well the part# for the pistons they used was the same as the original oem pistons. Same as the parts list for wifeys, they’re all the same# 13001-0787.

We put 300 wossner forged piston on our 310 and never have issues

Over a month and they haven’t even touched it yet. Again.
tired of this crap. Wifey called kawi and they offer no help.
Pretty sure I will get rid of them and go with one of the other brands.

how do you check for bent rods? If the valves hit the pistons are the pistons bad?
