Is 300 fuel pump more powerful than older models?

Just wondering how 300 guys are running et142 charger with what seems to be stock fuelling set at 58psi static.

On my 260 with et135 my fuel pressure at WOT drops to 55.x psi with effective pressure now under 40psi.

Are the 300 fuel pumps more powerful? If they're the same I'd imagine the effective fuel pressure is at mid 30s

I wonder how well those bosch injectors atomize the fuel at what for sure is 35 psi effective pressure at best.

Is 300 fuel pump more powerful than older models?

I just replaced my fuel pump with an AEM pump because the stock was not keeping up. Fuel pressure started to fall off at 8400ish rpm. At 8600 fuel pressure was down 16+psi from static and caused me to run out of injector and lean out.

Not sure if this is cause the stock pump is not sufficient or my was just tired (almost 300hrs on it). Waiting for a decent weather day to test with new pump.

AEM better than Walbro? I'm thinking of throwing one in, they're cheap enough and I already have relay for the stock pump.

I have a walbro in mine, no relay cuz I got lazy but it's been in there for two years and it's working great. I forget is the 255 big enough to fuel with e85?

I had to put in a relay because when the fuel pump was kicking in it was causing a big voltage offset between what my LC2 was sending and what Vipec was receiving. Analog sensors can be bitchy.
