    Winterizing a 310 x jetski

Live in an area where temperatures in Jan/Feb will drop below freezing several times. I have blown out the water from the engine by running but was wondering if anyone uses marine anti freeze in the engine ,. If so how do you put it in as it appears to only have the flush plug for attaching a water hose to it forcing water through the engine? Recommendations on this.

Running the engine to blow it out won't get it all out. The book recommends removing hoses, which I find ridiculous to do every year.

I use Marine/RV antifreeze and 'inject' it by squeezing the bottle. I use an adaptor like this:

After doing this on my Ultra LXs last winter, I pulled the specified hoses and there was antifreeze in them.

I'm sure the 310 would be the same. I did this on my 310 with the engine running. I did the same thing on the intercooler WITHOUT the engine running. Got pink antifreeze out the exhaust ports on the back on both systems. I used a gallon on each one.
