blocking of the waste gate
rd ultra 250 waste gate block off kit ..riva bypass upgrade kit .. r rated perfromance : heat extractor .(i see thay have new k&n blow off valve filters.)the new r rated blow off valve block off plate . the way things are going it seams that it is beter to block off the valve or use the r rated afermarket bov that allows for pressure adjustment .can some one let us know your findings or a update on teammoto ?

and read blown motor and adjustable blowoff thread. DaveF made a fixture to test. I will be too and might consider making it a shareware item for the rest....(of course i need to find time to do it)

i called r&d today and was told that it is ok to block off the bov
i ordered the boost gauge adapter plate today , i am curious to see where my boost is .
i think my boost may be down because it seems my rpm's are a little weak , in the 7600's mostly

If i was a mfg of a part, i'd probably say it was ok to use it too.
This is a safety valve and if your factory BOV is fuctioning properly, i see no need.
HOWEVER, If you were to get it in writing that it was "ok", with a bit of technical logic and a copy of the mfg's general liability cert that includes products liability, we'd all feel better

not necessarily , they also told me they wouldn't sell me the sc pulley cause it wasn't safe to run with the stock injectors .
they said the afr was on the lean side and until there is a bigger injector that fits he isnt goanna sell or recommend the pulley to just bolt on to your stock engine
it may sound far fetched in this day and age but maybe they have a high level of integrity over there
