    261lbs - Yamaha SHO 1.8L ???HP
    ...
    236lbs - Kawasaki 300HP
    ...
    218lbs - Seadoo 4-Tec SC 1.5L 215HP
    ...
    Thanks for posting this info.

The Yamaha SHO engine is heavier by 43 pounds over the 215HP 4-Tec.

This Yamaha SHO would have the aluminum intake manifold, not the newer SVHO plastic intake manifold, correct?

Yamaha weight includes the intercooler, correct?

I expect there would be a weight addition for the Seadoo 255 and larger, with the external intercooler.

One takeaway is the 4stroke kawi motors are super light.

Looks like you are missing engine mounts and have less hoses on board for weigh in. Plus maybe some difference in the castings?

You are absolutely right. I corrected the post on Facebook, thanks for the heads up. We did an SVHO earlier this year but did not weigh it.
