PX 300 Stage 2 boost numbers

HI, I'm trying to help out my friend with his '17 PX 300 ,ski has stage two tune plus imuk , and oem re-pitched impeller. In summer time machine was running 72-74 mph on dash and 8200 ish rpms.I know that's very low numbers for stage 2 kit , before that he ran 72-73 mph with stock 8300 tune with un touched oem impeller. I'm running out of ideas what to do or what to check next , so far we cleaned intercooler ,check compression, new spark plugs , tried Skat impeller. This ski just don't want to go faster. So I'm thinking about installing Dash pack and run ski with it , maybe there is a boost leak somewhere or charger is slipping -68 hrs on machine. What boost numbers should I be seeing on stage 2 ski ? Thanks everyone in advance.

rider weight, fuel load, air/water temp conditions make a big difference in speed between skis. 68hrs isn't really that many hours IMO for these engines or the charger seems like I remember being about 12 psi at 8k. Go back to bone stock prop or the new 13/18 solas is good choice.

One thing I have learned afr has a big impact on power
Jesus at riva says 12.8 is good for stock pressure I ran safe at 12.4 12.3 and lost 300 rpm went back to 12.8 wot stock charge so 14 lbs at 8900 and gained my rpm back. He could have faulty injector faulty pump lots involed

12.3 afr at wot is not rich, you must have had something else going to loose 300 rpm.

My stock 18 tx300 runs 12 afr at wot, 12ish psi 8k rpm...which actually suprised me, I think possibly Seadoo is running a bit more fuel to keep the plasma coating cooler.

We tried this ski off season -cooler temps and it picked up about 1-1.5 mph with some more rpms , we run it with half tank , two bars , lighter riders ect…. I'll try go out tomorrow , temps should be in 40's . And we test it ski after stage 2 install with un touched prop also with pretty much similar results .
