    I've never seen anyone run one of those, what's the point of them?

    I could see spending that much if you are in an isolated area with no place to get an oem filter. Otherwise it looks like a good way to spill oil everywhere when you do a filter change.

    I think the selling point is more/better flow vs a stock/oem filter .

    Filter adapter has wholes in the middle so if you leave it alone a few minutes it will drain and not make a mess .

    WTB Oil Filter Adapter

    as tittled want to buy used or new but I did not see me spending that much either so hence the WTB post .

    Yeah I have been thinking of getting this also. Not only better flow but also you could prob do 3 oil changes on the same filter since much more surface area.

    Right now I usually use one for 2 oil changes but I do my oil changes at 20 hours or if the oil starts getting dark
