Intake Manifold issue...is this ok to reuse? Pic inside

Went to added the Ribbon Delete and noticed a lot of Salt buildup around the intake manifold. Cleaned it up and noticed a piece missing. O-Ring needs to be replaced too. Could I run it this way? Should I replace?

Also, noticed that the plate came off the throttle body. How does it reattach (if at all possible)?

Is it the rubber ‘sandwich’ throttle body dampener mount that has delaminated? If yes, you can buy a billet replacement mount for the throttle body. Sold in the online GH store

I think the factory o-ring is discarded when the billet mount is installed

Yes, I believe it delaminated. I will order billet, just looking to see if Jerry could confirm.

Also, think I need to replace the manifold?

Doesn’t look like there would be a problem.

The billet part uses a flat gasket to seal to the manifold, not an o-ring.

When you install the billet part with flat gasket, make sure the manifold flat surface is actually flat. And clean.

If you suspect there might be a minor gap, apply a thin coating of gasket sealant on the side of the gasket that mates to the manifold surface. That should fill in any small voids and ensure an airtight seal.

You don't want excess sealant squeezing out into the air flow area when you tighten the bolts. Hence the thin sealant layer

I went through similar, you might have a fight with old dampener.....

what year and hours on ski? Mine was 120 ish hours I think when I did it.... it didn’t come apart like the videos.... also had to replace the gasket on the manifold where it meets the head.

i went with the worx mount but hey all look the same.
