05 Gtx limited with milky oil problem

If there are any previous threads I should look at please advise.
I bought someone elses troubles. Lol
So living in a cold environment I didn't want to take any chances so I sucked the bad oil out and put some fresh oil in, put antifreeze in intercooler and exhaust manifold. I have now removed the engine so I can work on it in a warm location.
137 freshwater hrs on the machine. I plan on doing the supercharger while it is out. What about the jet pump should I look at it. Sounds like I should add a catch can. Is there a way to determine if it is water mixing with the oil or coolant. I am going tto leak test the intercooler. I plan on replacing the shaft seals. What else should I look at and do while tthe engine is out.
    Thanks in advance.

This is my first 4tech machine.

First thing to do is pressure test the oil cooler.

I agree! Definitely test the oil cooler. If it's leaking it can cause water to get into the oil.

I'd also replace the carbon seal and bellow and the wear ring and pump seal.

Hear is my supercharger delema. Id like you to rebuild it so I know how it should perform and sound but if
The washers should be replaced every two years but the shaft and bearings should last 100 hours.
If I put 25 hours on the machine in the next two years that will be a lot.
So should I buy the tools and learn now so I can replace the washers every two years
