    Throttle Body Lubrication

I run a catch can on my 18 RXP. Do I need to lube the TB? If yes, do you simply pull the inlet hose and spray lube on the pivot points of the shaft? I would have thought the shaft and bushings would have been made of a non corrosive material.

They are but the needle bearing is not and is mostly the reason they jam up and cause fault codes .

I don't mind pulling the hose if the TB needs lube, but I don't want to waste the time if GH members think that it is not necessary. Ifyou spray lube the needle bearings, would that wash out any grease that the manufacturer placed in there?
