    New Style Ignition Coil Question

    2018 RXP 300
When BRP changed to the new bolt down coil in 2016, did they also change the design of the top seal? I had always read on the forums to use Dow 111 to seal the top of the coils. I pulled one of my coils yesterday and the seal design looks very well done and there was no silicone grease on them from the factory. So is the grease necessary on the new style coils? The service manual does not mention it either.

Thanks for the info. I just bought a tube of DC111. Oh well, my tube of DC4 has lasted over 40 years, I guess that I will have some DC111 for a few decades, LOL.
