Typical budget resleeve. Personally I would drop it and reset it before you rebore.

    what does it mean reset?

That cylinder needs boring. So you about as well pull the sleeve out and reset it, put it back in and align the ports properly before boring. Or, since that piston appears new and std., buy a new sleeve, put that in and have it bored std.

Needs realined for sure & the port looks like they need chamfer to keep from grabbing the rings.

Curious to what motor that is??? Doesnt look Seadoo. Maybe a triple of some other make? If this is just a drop in sleeve, you dont need to remove it. Heat up to about 400 degrees. Then use needle nose pliers and pinch between the port rib and cylinder so it rotates enough to align better. If completely stock you wont be able to tell any difference in how it runs either way.

Why is there a new standard size piston already in a cylinder that needs to be bored? Looks like it digested some water.
