SLT 785 Reborn In A Chicken.

After 10 years the SLT 785 is getting reborn and donating it's guts to A Super Chicken. With the IJSBA recognizing the SC as a notional class and the likely hood of it being a class at World's next year. I decided to build a 785 SC for next year's racing. The current rules are.

    Superchicken( SC650 watercaft only)open (800cc maximum)

    ADDITIONAL INFO/ADDITIONS/CHANGES:

Superchicken class to allow handling modifications. IJSBA approved handling mods ie: Rear Sponsonís, tubbies, intake grate, ride plate NO SKEGS or RUDDERS

The start is to remove the top deck of the chicken and the SLT. Cut the tunnel and mounts out of the SLT and glass it into the chicken. Click image for larger version.

Next task is what pipes to use I could get the stock pipes to fit but would need to cut and bubble the riders floor and I want this to look stock. So I found a new set of PSI pipes that I think will fit without cutting the body just need to make the cylinder adapters and waterbox im going to yes the stock 785 Randy water routing and may have to enlarge the stinger outlets to 1 3/4 to get the RPM,s

    Looking good!

I'm surprised the tunnel swap is legal.

How long before we see aftermarket SC hulls? LOL.
