GP1800 Hull Mod
Has anyone tried the hull mod on the GP1800 like how the FZ skis were done? Mine runs very tight to the water, trimmed up and ride plate mod done. Wondering if loosening up the ski a bit will add to the top end numbers like on the FZ skis.

You can probably get what you want with trimming. What is good for bottom end is not best for high speed. Trim under acceleration is what other riders do. You need to get the ski back on the ride plate and it will be fast. Assuming you have rpm and prop for high speed.
